Summer Classes 2024

Summer classes/programs will be open until the classes are full. Early registration is best to reserve your spot. When filling out the registration form, you will receive an email confirmation about your decision to join us for that particular class. An invoice will be sent to that same email to be paid. Classes are to be paid in full no later than 4 days prior to class start date. Unfortunately if the invoice is not paid in full, your spot will not be held and given to the next person on the waiting list.

Online Math Summer Math Program 6-8th Grade Start: June 10, 2024

Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday $ 220.00

Time: 10:00AM-10:50AM

Total Classes: 12 Classes

Where: Online Google Meets

Summer group tutoring/class summer online session is focused on specific math skills per session. These classes aim for a scaffold approach to prepare students who are in middle school and for readiness to high school. Any students struggling in Math class would benefit from this summer program taught by a licensed teacher.

Skills can include but not limited to long division, place value, bar and pie graphs, rounding and estimating, multiplication, word problems, fractions, coordinate planes, finding area and perimeter, combining like terms, one and 2 step algebra equations, exponents, square roots, mean, median and mode, order of operation, (PEMDAS) logic puzzles and games!

Tentative Schedule:

Week 1: Adding and Subtracting Rational Numbers

Week 2: Expressions

Week 3: Ratios, Proportions and Percents

Week 4: Geometric Shapes and Angles

**Online platform will be used through Google Meets.
